Private-Label Wines

After Hickory Farms acquired a California wine gift basket company in 2018, we partnered with a small family‑owned winery to produce private‑label wines that I developed the branding for. Initially, I created three labels for the Taste of California collection and then expanded the range to seven including sparkling, occasion, and trend lines. I developed each private‑label brand end‑to‑end: name generation, registrability validation with counsel, and label packaging design.

Award-Winning Wines

Aunar Cabernet and Chardonnay won gold in the 2023 Sunset International Wine Competition, and Contollo Brut Rosé received a double gold in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
